Regular checks and documentation of drivers’ licenses are required by law and must be monitored. Fairfleet’s digital solution simplifies this process and ensures transparency and an overview. You can set the control cycle for the drivers yourself via the software. The driver is then asked to document their valid driver’s license via mobile app or e-mail. To do this, the driver simply has to hold the NFC chip of their driver’s license card to their smartphone. If the process is successful, this is confirmed by a green smiley and automatically documented in the central software. You can also see at a glance which drivers are overdue and send them a reminder. The Fairfleet driver’s license check can be easily integrated into the Faifleet Datastudio and MyGeotab software.
